Online Appointment Requests 

📅 Now Available: Online Appointment Requests via Your Patient Portal

For your convenience, you can now request some appointments directly through our patient portal. Once your request is submitted, our staff will review it and send you a confirmation or suggest alternate options.   PLEASE NOTE:  To use this feature, you must have set up your patient portal access.   Portal accounts can be set up with one of our team members.

Thank you for using our new online appointment request system. While we’re excited to offer this added convenience, please note that the system has some current limitations. We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve your scheduling experience.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.

  • All requests are reviewed by our office staff.   You will receive a separate portal message  to either confirm your requested appointment or offering alternate options.

  • It is your responsibility to re-check your portal messages for CONFIRMATION of your request.   You can also review your scheduled appointments from the Appointments tab within your portal.   

  • Do not use this system for SAME DAY or URGENT appointment requests.  Requests are not monitored in real time.  For urgent or same-day needs, please call our office directly at 303-948-2676 (option #3).

  • Only request appointments with providers you have an established relationship with.
    If your provider is no longer with Pinon, please choose from the following:

    • Paige Stubblefield

    • Amitav Rahman

    • Mackenzie Neal

    • Rita Norelli

How to Request an Appointment Online

  • Log in to the Patient Portal

  • Navigate to the top menu and select APPOINTMENTS

  • Click BOOK NOW to start your request

  • From the CALENDAR dropdown, select your primary care provider (PCP) or the provider you have an established relationship with (Note: the default may not be your PCP)

  • Choose the appropriate VISIT TYPE (e.g., Office Visit, Annual Physical) **SAME DAY OR URGENT REQUESTS**  should not be requested – please call our schedulers directly!

  • Provide a detailed reason for your visit in the REASON FOR APPOINTMENT field

  • Select your preferred date on the calendar

  • Available times will appear on the right under Available Times

  • Select your desired time and click Request Appointment

  • Watch for a follow-up message with confirmation or rescheduling options

IMPORTANT REMINDERS REGARDING NO-SHOW or LATE CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. To ensure patients can receive timely services and to provide the highest quality care, it is important for each patient to attend their scheduled appointment.  This includes appointments requested and confirmed online via the patient portal.

 We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling the following number: 303-948-2676 option #1.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours of your appointment or missing your appointment (“no-show”) will result in a $79 late-cancellation fee. This charge will be your responsibility and charged directly to you, not your insurance company.

 This policy helps ensure our teams can provide care to another patient if you can’t attend your original time. We may provide an exception to this policy if you miss an appointment due to a medical emergency. The office will determine if an exception is valid on a case-by-case basis.

Pinon Family Practice reserves the right to decline to schedule appointments for patients who have a demonstrated history of cancellations and / or no-show events.
